50 Cent: 'I can't wait to hear Kanye West's new album'
50 Cent has declared he is looking forward to Kanye West's new album, despite a previous rivalry between the pair.
Accepting that they are "opposites," the G-Unit man played down any feud after 50 Cent and West released albums on the same day last year.
On that occasion, West easily sold more records.
However, speaking to MTV News, 50 Cent declared he can't wait to hear West's new album 808's And Heartbreak, which is out on December 16.
"There's no comparisons in us as artists. It's the yin and the yang. It's almost the opposite," explained 50 Cent, adding he admired the rapper-producer's choice of subject matter.
"It was almost taboo in hip-hop for you to make a love record," he said. "That was reserved for LL Cool J: 'I Need Love' and 'Luv U Better'.' He was the only hip-hop artist that's actually done that, prior to what I see [now] with Kanye. For him to make an entire love album, it's pretty much based on...love and Auto-Tunes: 808's And Heartbreak. I can't wait to see what this does."
50 Cent meanwhile, releases his own album Before I Self Destruct on December 9.

Jennifer Hudson "Still in Shock" at Chicago Hotel
Los Angeles (E! Online) – Jennifer Hudson has been holed up in a downtown Chicago hotel with loved ones and friends as she prepares to bury three family members.
"She is still in shock," a source tells E! News. "She hasn't gone out much at all and has a lot of security around her."
Insiders say that Hudson checked into the Trump International Hotel & Tower on Oct. 24, the day her mother, Darnell Donerson, and brother Jason Hudson were shot and killed in Donerson's home and nephew Julian King was reported missing.
Hudson had been in Florida when she received the news and immediately boarded a flight north.
Since her arrival last Friday, Hudson has rarely left her hotel suite, sources say. She has had her cousins run errands, including picking up personal items from her downtown condo and bringing in food.
Hudson hasn't been seen in public since identifying her nephew's body at the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office on Monday.
Sources close to the Oscar winner tell E! News that her family and fiancé David Otunga have been her rock throughout the week. In fact, Otunga has been with her around the clock.
"David's been by her side through this whole tragedy," a family source says. "He has totally been there for her."

On Some Political Shit........
Oct 05, 2008
The Norwegian newspaper VG has reported a truly amazing story about a newly-wed trying to get to Norway to be with her husband, and the stranger who helped pay an unexpected luggage surcharge. The blog "Leisha's Random Thoughts" has translated the story.
It was 1988, and Mary Andersen was at the Miami airport checking in for a long flight to Norway to be with her husband when the airline representative informed her that she wouldn't be able to check her luggage without paying a 100 surcharge:
When it was finally Mary's turn, she got the message that would crush her bubbling feeling of happiness.
-You'll have to pay a 103 dollar surcharge if you want to bring both those suitcases to Norway , the man behind the counter said.
Mary had no money. Her new husband had travelled ahead of her to Norway , and she had no one else to call.
-I was completely desperate and tried to think which of my things I could manage without. But I had already made such a careful selection of my most prized possessions, says Mary.
As tears streamed down her face, she heard a "gentle and friendly voice" behind her saying, "That's okay, I'll pay for her."
Mary turned around to see a tall man whom she had never seen before.
-He had a gentle and kind voice that was still firm and decisive. The first thing I thought was, Who is this man?
Although this happened 20 years ago, Mary still remembers the authority that radiated from the man.
-He was nicely dressed, fashionably dressed with brown leather shoes, a cotton shirt open at the throat and khaki pants, says Mary.
She was thrilled to be able to bring both her suitcases to Norway and assured the stranger that he would get his money back. The man wrote his name and address on a piece of paper that he gave to Mary. She thanked him repeatedly. When she finally walked off towards the security checkpoint, he waved goodbye to her.
Who was the man?
Barack Obama.
Twenty years later, she is thrilled that the friendly stranger at the airport may be the next President and has voted for him already and donated 100 dollars to his campaign:
-He was my knight in shining armor, says Mary, smiling.
She paid the 103 dollars back to Obama the day after she arrived in Norway . At that time he had just finished his job as a poorly paid community worker* in Chicago , and had started his law studies at prestigious Harvard university.
Mary even convinced her parents to vote for him:
In the spring of 2006 Mary's parents had heard that Obama was considering a run for president, but that he had still not decided. They chose to write a letter in which they told him that he would receive their votes. At the same time, they thanked Obama for helping their daughter 18 years earlier.
And Obama replied:
In a letter to Mary's parents dated May 4th, 2006 and stamped 'United States Senate, Washington DC ', Barack Obama writes:
'I want to thank you for the lovely things you wrote about me and for reminding me of what happened at Miami airport. I'm happy I could help back then, and I'm delighted to hear that your daughter is happy in Norway . Please send her my best wishes. Sincerely, Barack Obama , United States Senator'.
The parents sent the letter on to Mary.
Mary says that when her friends and associates talk about the election, especially when race relations is the heated subject, she relates the story of the kind man who helped out a stranger-in-need over twenty years ago, years before he had even thought about running for high office.
Truly a wonderful story, and something that needs to be passed along in the maelstorm of fear-and-smear politics we are being subjected to right now.
Jam Master Jay Murder Investigation: Six Years Later, What's The Status?
No closure after more than half a decade?
The murder of hip-hop icon Jam Master Jay — which took place on October 30, 2002 — is still unsolved, and as another year passes without any significant breakthroughs in the case — no new evidence, fresh leads or confessions — hope of finding the killers fades a little more. You would think that the brutal murder of one of the most beloved figures in hip-hop in a high-profile crime that shocked the nation would have produced at least a couple of suspects by now.
But, sadly, like the murders of two other rap icons — the Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur — years after the crime, all we're left with is rumors, speculation and a maddening lack of closure for friends, fans and family.
"It's a shame that we're still at this juncture," said Derrick Parker, a former NYPD investigator and author of "Notorious C.O.P.: The Inside Story of the Tupac, Biggie and Jam Master Jay Investigations from NYPD's First 'Hip-Hop Cop.' " "Homicides like this happen all the time in the streets, but this case is different because of who Jay was."
At the time of his death at age 37, Jam Master Jay (born Jason Mizell) had already achieved worldwide fame as the turntablist and founding member of Run-DMC, arguably the most influential hip-hop group of all time. Jay elevated the cut-and-scratch to an art form and helped define DJing as we know it.
With so much time since his murder, some observers fear the case may be going cold. "I see very little chance of this ever being solved," said Ethan Brown, author of "Queens Reigns Supreme: Fat Cat, 50 Cent and the Rise of the Hip-Hop Hustler" "Even if there is a break in the case and they make an arrest and it goes to trial, you could easily destroy the credibility of the witnesses."
Indeed, after six years, Jam Master Jay's murder has become more about the witnesses than the victim and about an investigation that has seen differences of opinion over everything from motive (was the murder drug-related or was it a personal dispute?) to methodology (did NYPD detectives fail to provide adequate protection for key witnesses?).
Many observers think witnesses might not be doing enough to help solve the crime. Compounding that problem is the view that the authorities have not been aggressive enough in pursuing persons of interest in the case, including Ronald "Tinard" Washington, a convicted armed robber currently in prison on an unrelated charge who was staying with Jay's sister and cousin in Jay's mother's home at the time of the murder and who had clashed with Jay.
Another major roadblock to solving the crime is the turmoil between Jay's family and Randy Allen, the DJ's close friend and business partner, whom some suspect knows more about the murder than he has been willing to discuss publicly.
"Imagine your best friend getting killed right in front of you," said a source close to the investigation who prefers to remain anonymous. "How do you not say anything? How do you not tell the police?" Criticism has also fallen on receptionist Lydia High, who identified Washington as one of the gunmen who entered Jay's 24/7 Studio on the night of the murder but who police failed to arrest.
Questions about trust and truthfulness among Jay's inner circle are raised in a new documentary on the DJ's life and legacy, "Two Turntables and a Microphone," directed by Guy Logan and produced by Jam Master's cousin, Stephon "Phonz" Watford. The film premiered in June at the Hollywood Black Film Festival and is executive-produced by 50 Cent.
"I wanna say thank you to 50 Cent for being a part of this documentary that's coming out with his album [Before I Self Destruct] that's about the life of Jam Master Jay," Russell Simmons told MTV News. "It reaffirms his legacy for his family. It's helpful. It's good the industry still recognizes him. His influence was profound, like [Jay discovering] 50 Cent. ... Jay's life is something I definitely celebrate."
Ashanti, Jordin Sparks, Nelly Support Jennifer Hudson
"My prayers go out to her and her family," R&B singer Ashanti told MTV news reporters Monday night.
In a wave of support from Barack Obama to Jordin Sparks, Jennifer Hudson, who lost not one, but three relatives over the weekend in a triple homicide, knows that a lot of people have her back.
American Idol alum Jordin Sparks issued her heartfelt support via ET Monday: "Jennifer, I don't even know what you're going through right now, but I love you."
"I am so, so sorry, and I am praying for you and something good is going to happen through this. I know you can't see it now, but something is going to come out of this."
Sparks' support comes just hours after the FBI revealed that Hudson's seven-year-old nephew's death was ruled to be a homicide after his body was found in an abandoned SUV on Monday -- three days after Hudson's mother and brother were found shot to death in their home.
According to reports issued from Chicago officials Tuesday, the 7-year-old- nephew of the Oscar-winning actress died of multiple gunshot wounds.
Telling MTV news "it's a tough thing to talk about," Hip Hop star Nelly says "It's like, what do you say ? You really don't know what to say to a person when you talk about death or losing a loved one." All anyone can do, he said is "send your blessings and positive energy."

Ice Cube Signs On For NBC Cop Comedy
Ice Cube Signs On For NBC Cop Comedy
Written by Cyrus Langhorne
Ice Cube will be returning to television to help pen an upcoming police comedy series for NBC.
According to Variety, the rapper-turned-mega actor will both write and executive produce an untitled show aiming to offer the major network something different to help compete with TV ratings.
"As we continue to expand our roster of diverse talent both on-camera and behind the camera, a guy like Ice Cube, whose multi-talented, is someone we really wanted to be in business with," NBC entertainment chairman Ben Silverman told Variety. "He's had an amazing career, to have gone from NWA to this."
While his role on the project is off-camera, the executive would not mind if Cube offered some on-screen time in the process.
"We really want to capture his voice and his eye for talent, and his producing acumen," Silverman added. "If he appeared in the pilot or series, we'd be really excited about that."
The West Side Connection leader's last stint on television was executive producing Showtime's "Barbershop" series and FX's "Black. White." He is also responsible for providing a voice over for MTV's animated version of his hit movie Friday.

Exclusive: D'Angelo's preparing to bring sexy back!
It's been eight long years since Michael Eugene Archer, the Grammy-winning soul stirrer known as D'Angelo, released his acclaimed second CD, Voodoo. During his hiatus, he was arrested for drug possession and DUI, suffered injuries in a car crash, and checked into rehab. But just when it seemed like he'd gone the way of Lauryn Hill, his rep confirmed to me that he's currently recording his third studio album in Los Angeles. Though no release date has been set, the still-untitled disc will be distributed by RCA/SonyBMG and will feature collaborations with John Mayer and Raphael Saadiq, who co-produced D'Angelo's 2000 hit "Untitled (How Does It Feel)."
In addition to keeping busy in the studio, D'Angelo's also working out with celebrity trainer Mark Jenkins, who helped the singer-songwriter get in famously chiseled shape for his deliciously sexy "Untitled (How Does It Feel)" video. I just got off the phone with Mark, who called from Los Angeles to give me the scoop about both of the singer-songwriter's hot new bodies of work.
MARGEAUX'S MIX: What did D'Angelo look like when you first got the call to start training him again?
MARK JENKINS: He had already dropped a significant amount of weight on his own, so I didn't see him at his craziest stage. He knew better than to show up training with me like that. It would be too painful for him. So he got in shape before we got together, somewhat -- he got in shape to get in shape.
When was that?
Maybe three or four months ago.
How much did he weigh at that time?
It's hard to say how much he weighed because of the way he stays covered up. He's very anti-body, anti-press. He's interesting to train because you don't really get a good look at his physique because he's always covered up. I guess I would say he was over 200 pounds. And he's not that tall of a guy -- about five feet six inches.
How big was he at his worst?
I don't use weight when I'm training people; I use body-fat measurements. In the "Untitled (How Does It Feel)" video, he was around 6 percent body fat. At his worst, he must've got up to the high 20s or 30s in body-fat percentage, which is a big departure from 6. That's drastic.
As his trainer, how did it make you feel -- no pun intended -- to see him let himself go like that?
I was very upset and I told him. I was like, "Hey, man, I really felt bad because I left you in great shape but apparently, I didn't instill in you what you needed." And he was like, "Nah, you know, circumstances and things happen in life." But you can't get somebody in great shape and do all this press, and then say when they get out of shape, "Hey, that had nothing to do with me!" So I feel bad as a trainer about that. He understands. He knows. But of course, it's not 100 percent my fault because it is his body and ultimately his responsibility.

Kanye Previews "808s & Heartbreak," Promises Another Album In June
With built-up hype over his highly anticipated album 808's and Heartbreak, Kanye West has finally unveiled details about what fans may expect from his fourth solo release.
Offering a select panel of journalists and guests to attend the exclusive listening session, West selected Italian artist Vanessa Beecroft to set the stage as attendees were given a first-ever listen to Ye's full album.
According to The Fader, the audience was greeted to an unusual setting as Beecroft's artistry was in full effect helping illustrate West's mind set for his new album.
"After waiting in a loading area with an open bar and a DJ, we walked up a driveway illuminated by florescent lights to a darkened room where approximately forty nude women, most of them wearing face-obscuring masks seemingly made of faux lamb's wool, stood in the middle -- black girls in the front, white girls in the back," a Fader journalist wrote. "Mos Def sat down front-and-center, Michael Rapaport talked excitedly to the security guards, Will.i.am watched from one end of the U the audience formed around the women, Rick Ross watched from the other end."
While hinting at a few guest appearances including the only rap verse coming courtesy of Young Jeezy on "Amazing" and a duet with Lil' Wayne, Fader also offered their views on what the project aims for.
"Once the album ended with "Coldest Winter" -the one song on the album about his mother, the rest of this breakup album is about "someone else- West appeared with a microphone," Fader wrote. "West delivered a monologue about how this album is about the freedom to do what you want to do and that he used Auto-Tune because it is the most fun thing ever."
Other accounts by attendees like journalists from Myspace's A Place For Hip Hop also offered a variety of paraphrased words from Mr. West himself including his decision to sing throughout the entire disc.
"If I wanna rap, I'll rap," he said. "If I wanna sing, I'll sing. I told Jay, L.A Reid and everyone at my label that I needed to put this out right now, I'll have another album in June, but this has to come out right now. The way these songs connect with you, God uses me as a vessel- he puts me through pain so that I can go through it, and create..."
Admitting that the album was put together in the time span of three weeks while in the 808 area code of Hawaii, Ye's current hit single "Love Lockdown" continues to dominate charts.
808's and Heartbreak is currently scheduled to hit shelves on Tuesday, November 25 via Def Jam.

WTF! 14 year old 48 pound girl!!!!
Girl, 14, found starving in home; parents charged
Okay so before you start reading this....these sick sick suckas recently took their dogs to the vet for a regulary scheduled check up!
SEATTLE - A father and stepmother were charged with withholding their 14-year-old daughter's food and water so drastically that she weighed only 48 pounds, authorities said.
Jon Pomeroy, 43, and his wife, Rebecca Long, 44, could face as much as four years in prison if convicted of criminal mistreatment, prosecutor's spokesman Dan Donohoe said. The couple were released on bail late Monday after the charges were brought.
The girl was removed from the family home near Carnation, about 20 miles east of Seattle, in August after a neighbor called child welfare authorities.
The veteran detective who investigated "said this is the worst case he's ever seen, especially for an ongoing pattern of abuse over several years," county sheriff's spokesman John Urquhart said.
According to prosecutors, Long confirmed to a deputy that she considered the girl a behavior problem and restricted her water as discipline. The woman said she had been home-schooling the girl and her 12-year-old brother for four years.
The girl, who is 4 feet 7 inches tall, told authorities that she was given primarily toast to eat and only about 6 ounces of water per day. She said her stepmother even watched when she brushed her teeth to make sure she didn't drink extra water.
She suffered severe malnutrition and dehydration and spent two weeks at Children's Hospital in Seattle. Dentists had to extract six teeth because of long-term decay, court papers said.
She is now in foster care and has gained more than 20 pounds, prosecutors said. Her foster father said she is attending a private school and making friends.
The boy, whose height and weight were normal, was also placed in foster care, authorities said.
It was not immediately known if the couple had lawyers. No one answered the door Monday at their home.
Pomeroy, a computer software engineer, had divorced the girl's mother in the 1990s, The Seattle Times reported.
In a court affidavit, a detective said the father told him the conflict between his daughter and wife "was concerning but he thought they could just handle it themselves." Pomeroy admitted he never sought professional help for the girl even though he noticed she looked far younger than 14.
Even the family's two dogs were fed normally and had recently been taken to the vet, authorities said.
Child Protective Services had investigated after a teacher reported concerns about the girl in 2005, and the stepmother received counseling. "There were similar issues with the girl's weight. Obviously, it was not as extreme," CPS spokesman Thomas Shapley told the newspaper.
Riverview School District officials said the girl had been attending a once-a-week class for home-schooled students when the teacher raised the concerns in March 2005. Her parents withdrew her from the program, and afterward failed to file yearly reports required from parents who home-school their children.

Common Clicks W/ Microsoft, Sets November Release Date
Chicago rapper Common recently partnered with computer giant Microsoft, who will be sponsoring his upcoming tour.
According to Adweek Age, the G.O.O.D. Music artist has taken the popular route of many rap moguls like 50 Cent and Jay-Z in hopes of developing a business relationship that will be beneficial on both sides. As the only major competing computer company aside from Apple,
Common revealed his motivation for joining forces with the Bill Gates-led brand.
"I know that Microsoft has been around for 20 years, they established themselves in the mid-80s and since then they've progressed," Common told Adweek. Microsoft is classy, it's a timeless brand, and it means something to the world, internationally, and I felt like that's the direction of what I want Common to be, to be honest."

Despite the popularity of Apple's Mac, the Chi-town rap slinger felt Microsoft's longevity was reason enough to venture with them, which is leading to an upcoming line of clothing.
"I want to be timeless, I want to be international, and those are the things I feel like I'm working toward now," he said. "I liked creatively where they wanted to go. Actually Microsoft and I are about to do a line of T-shirts coming out in November. I'm designing them."
Adding that the company wants "to touch down with the community and they want to touch the world," Common also emphasized the growing relationships between major corporations and rap artists.
"I think more hip-hop artists became open with more people in corporations when the corporations really started to understand the music and respected the artists," he added. "Artists realized that we have to make a living too, and if it's something that's gonna go well with what I do, then why not do it, 'cause these corporations are making money off it. If I mention something in a rap, they're making money off it anyway, so why shouldn't I get a piece of it""
Microsoft is currently sponsoring his nationwide tour with Pharrell's rock group N.E.R.D.

NY election mix-up: 'Osama' on the ballot
Okay these people are just playing plain dirty. See what a blackman gotta go through! This is some Bullshit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HUMAN ERROR MY ASS!
TROY, N.Y. - Who is running for president? In an upstate New York county, hundreds of voters have been sent absentee ballots in which they could vote for "Barack Osama."
The absentee ballots sent to voters in Rensselaer County identified the two presidential candidates as "Barack Osama" and "John McCain." In the United States, the best-known individual named Osama is Osama bin Laden, leader of the al Qaida terrorist group behind the 2001 attacks that destroyed the World Trade Center in New York City.
The typographical terror error was first reported by the Times Union of Albany.
The elections office faxed a statement in which the two commissioners, Democrat Edward McDonough and Republican Larry Bugbee, said they regret the error but never acknowledge what the error was.
"It's human error, it's very unfortunate, it's an embarrassment to our office, obviously," McDonough said in a later phone interview. "We wish we could turn back the clock, but we can't."
When they discovered the mistake, officials shredded the remaining "Osama" ballots and mailed correct versions to the roughly 300 people who had already received them. McDonough said the "Osama" mistake was made in only one of the 13 ballot versions mailed throughout the county, located east of the state capital of Albany.
Voters who received both versions will be allowed to send in either one and have it counted, McDonough said.
Obama spokesman Blake Zeff said the campaign is "glad officials are working to correct this error and we assume it won't happen again.

Station regrets remarks on Magic Johnson, AIDS
MINNEAPOLIS - A Minneapolis radio station said Friday it would air public service announcements on HIV/AIDS after a pair of talk hosts accused Magic Johnson of faking AIDS. KTLK's Chris Baker and Langdon Perry made the remarks during Baker's conservative talk show on Wednesday. After Johnson condemned the statements, the station said on Friday it regretted "some off-hand remarks" by the pair
According to a partial transcript and audio clip posted on a media watchdog site, mediamatters.org, the remarks came after a caller asserted that health care isn't a basic right. Perry responded by asking about treatable diseases that a person can live with for a long time "if you just get some basic drugs."
Baker responded, "Like Magic Johnson?"
Perry replied, "Like Magic with his faked AIDS. Magic faked AIDS."
Baker said, "You think Magic faked AIDS for sympathy?"
Perry replied, "I'm convinced that Magic faked AIDS."
"Me too," Baker said.
Johnson issued a statement Thursday saying he was "outraged that Chris Baker and Langdon Perry would minimize such a serious and deadly issue."
"Millions are dying from HIV/AIDS, and the fact that they would make jokes about my status is unbelievable," Johnson said. "Chris, Langdon and KTLK should use their power in a more positive light by encouraging people to get tested for this disease instead of making up such ridiculous lies."
Johnson was diagnosed with HIV in 1991 and then retired from the NBA at 32.
KTLK's statement said it recognized the seriousness of AIDS and the "great work" Johnson has done to call attention to the disease.
"We regret that some off-hand remarks by commentators on KTLK did not reflect that," the statement said. "To better inform our listeners and employees, KTLK will be airing HIV/AIDS awareness public service announcements, and will be reaching out to Mr. Johnson to get his thoughts on education efforts."
A spokeswoman for Magic Johnson Enterprises didn't immediately return a call for comment on Friday.

Dumb Ass Celebrity Quote of the Day!
John Legend Gives T.I., Swizz Beatz The 'Green Light' For Remix
'It's kind of a different record, but it still has an element of the original,' singer says of Tip's take on the single.
and John Legendd decided to swap it out — Legend appears on Tip's "Slide Show" from Paper Trail,, and the King of the South recently completed a remix of the crooner's current big single.
"T.I. did a remix for me for 'Green Light,' with Swizz Beatzz on the production," Legend told MTV News. "That was fresh. That'll be coming up soon. I switched up my lyrics a little bit to ride the beat in a different way. The beat is slower, a little more R&B-ish. Swizz slowed up the beat a little bit. T.I. did a different verse [from Andre 3000's], obviously. It's kind of a different record, but it still has an element of the original."
More importantly, Legend says his now-famous line "Do I have a girlfriend? Technically, no" isn't going anywhere.
"I still kept that one," he said of the playfully playalistic lyric. " 'Technically, no' — that's gonna get me in some trouble. But I kept it."
As for appearing on Paper Trail, Legend said it was smooth sailing. "It was easy," the Grammy winner said. "[T.I.] just laid out the format of the song, what he asked me to do for it. I knocked it out in an hour or something. The chorus was already written, then I wrote a little bridge at the end. That was it."
For the original "Green Light," Legend was able to get Andre 3000 for a verse and an even rarer music-video appearance.
"Well, Andre, he really loved the song 'Green Light,' " Legend said. "He wanted to be a part of it and was proud of his contribution, so he was down to do the video. I was honored. I know he doesn't do a lot of collaborations these days. I know he doesn't do a lot of guest appearances. He chose to do it with my song. I'm grateful, and he helped make the video what it was. He's a creative talent, great performer. We got on the phone and did a conference call before the video. He had a lot of ideas for the video. We had a good time. The people we hired — as far as the extras and dancers — they had a good time."
"Green Light" is the lead cut from Legend's third album, Evolver. The singer said that despite the song being recognized as an undeniable hit now, his circle was worried about it being the album's first single.
"Some people in my camp were kinda afraid," he explained. " 'Man, you've been known as the midtempo-ballad guy. People have seen you on the piano all this time. I don't know if you can come with this uptempo joint with Andre on it. It's gonna throw people off.' I felt like the record spoke for itself. It could get played on all the stations, people would love it in the clubs, and I wanted to make a statement that this album would sound a bit different."

Usher and Tameka are not separated. As a matter of fact, Tameka came into Usher's ENT doctor's office on Wednesday and picked up his prescription. As I understand she was very snobbish and nasty. But they are together.
On top of everything else, Tomeka told Essence.com, "My husband is a consummate artist and entertainer. This video is strictly entertainment and was made for his fans. I am clear that he is a sexy man and looks amazing in this clip. I support my husband in his endeavors."

MAJOR RUMOR
Usher and the Wifey Again Reported as Split.
Well, I know this surfaced a month or so back and folks in the know disputed every allegedly false detail, but Sandra Rose is now saying that the couple is definitely not together. According to her source, there doesn't seem to be much hope for reconciliation as Usher has been spotted with other women and the only reason a divorce is not in the works is because he's concerned about how it will affect his image. It was also suggested that Tameka has been quiet about the break up because she's still hoping Usher will change his mind and come back to her. I guess we will be seeing round 2 of the denials shortly.
I hope not....I love them together!

Arnold Schwarzenegger Vetoes Cosmetic-Surgery Bill, Written In Response To Donda West's Death
California legislation would have required patients to have physical exam before surgery
By Gil Kaufman
With California's budget just recently passed after a historic three-month delay, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger took out the veto pen Sunday. Among the measures he cut was the so-called "Donda West bill", which was aimed at helping to prevent plastic-surgery-related deaths.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the bill, prompted by the November death of Kanye West's mother, Dr. Donda West, failed to make it past the governor because of the backlog in California. Donda, 58, died a day after undergoing a breast reduction and liposuction surgery.
With this summer's historic 80-day delay in passing the state budget, Schwarzenegger said he had time to enact only the top-priority legislation. "This bill does not meet that standard, and I cannot sign it at this time," read the veto message, one of dozens Schwarzenegger issued Sunday.
An autopsy found that Dr. West had previous health problems, including high blood pressure and cardiac artery blockage. The cosmetic-surgery bill, AB 2968, received almost unanimous support in the legislature, according to the Times, and would have required people to undergo a physical examination, give a complete medical history and get a doctor's clearance before undergoing plastic surgery.
Along with Kanye's cousin, Yolanda Anderson, Democratic California Assemblywoman Wilmer Amina Carter proposed the bill following Donda's death. The surgeon who performed her surgeries, Dr. Jan Adams, said at the time that nothing had gone wrong during the procedures. Earlier this year, the California state medical board reportedly revoked Adams' medical license due to his two alcohol-related arrests in recent years and his failure to pay child support.

Bey previously refused to discuss her relationship with Jay-Z, who she married in a secret ceremony in April but has now opened up about their "real" love in the November issue of Essence where she discusses dealing with the paparazzi, the wedding, the rumored engagement ring, and her real love with Shawn Carter.
In the new issue Beyonce reveals that Jay loves all her "flaws," explaining, "What Jay and I have is real. It's not about the interviews or getting the right photo op. It's real." The 27-year-old singer also revealed she wants to be remembered for changing the world, "I want to be acknowledged as a woman in a very talented group with great harmonies and great songs that made history and changed the culture of women, not only in America but all over the world. A woman who could sing a cappella and write her own songs and produce her own songs."
Rebel Talking... "What Jay and I have is real?" THAT's how she chooses to break her silence??? I hope magazine has some "REAL" quotes and not this "It's real," stuff.
